What is RSS?
Wikipedia defines RSS
as "a family of web feed formats.
The initials "RSS" are variously used to refer to the following standards:
Really Simple Syndication (RSS 2.0)
Rich Site Summary (RSS 0.91, RSS 1.0)
RDF Site Summary (RSS 0.9 and 1.0)."
RSS formats are specified in XML and are used by content providers to publish web feeds to frequently
updated content on their website.
How do I use RSS?
To access a RSS Feed, first download a free feed reader
program, e.g. Feedreader.
Once installed, the newsreader program can check for updates to any feeds you have subcribed to.
