This publication establishes guidelines for implementation of the Mobile DTV, based on OMA BCAST 1.0 service layer. The publication provides guidelines for how to set-up networks and services using OMA BCAST 1.0. Normative reference documents listed in this publication are functionally complete but, are still work in progress in the respective standardization organizations. The baseline schemes are defined in the guidelines. Note that additional schemes are allowed. Review the Scope, Table of Contents, and References.

The Implementation Guidelines are available free to Members of the alliance and are available to Non-members for purchase.

This publication establishes guidelines for implementation of the DVB-H for Mobile DTV. The publication describes the features of the DVB-H system and provides guidelines for how to set-up networks and services. It is intended that these guidelines are for use and implementation defined in the publication for DVB-H shall support interoperability between different operator networks and mobile terminals. Normative reference documents listed in this publication are functionally complete but, are still work in progress in the respective standardization organizations.
